• Java Development Kit 1,4 or a newer version: It can be used any Java compatible development environment.
  
  
• Apache Web Server 1,3 or a newer version: It can be used any web server with CGI support in C.
  
  
• Apache Tomcat 5,0 or a newer version: It can be used any compatible server with Java 2 Enterprise Edition.
  
  
• Linux Operating System kernel 2,4 or a newer version: It can be used any system compatible with POSIX and that fulfills the other requirements of software, as: FreeBSD, OpenBSD, GNU Darwin, MacOS X, Solaris, Windows 2003, etc.
  
  
• PostgreSQL 7.1.2 or a newer version: It can be used any database manager system, SQL92 compatible as Firebird, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.
  
  
• A HTML viewer with frames support: As Netscape, Mozilla, Konqueror, Operate, Galeon, Epiphany, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc. We suggest you a browser with javascript and CSS support, although they are not essential.
