Adding publications to the database

1. Go to the section called ``Add to database'' of the left frame.
   
   
2. Select in the pull-down menu the option: ``Add Publication''.
   
   
3. If within the lower right frame does not appear the page for adding publications your browser possibly does not have Javascript support or it has it deactivated, in that case press the ``Go'' button that is under the pull-down menu.
   
   
4. Once it appears; in the lower rigth frame, the page titled ``Add Publication'', we begin to fill the data of the publication.
   
   
5. In case that you feels confused about how to filling any data, selects with the mouse the question symbol that this next to the data and a contextual aid will appear, either like an emergent window or a web page depending on the javascript support of your browser. It is necessary to point out that certain information is obligatory and without it the process of addition to the database won continue, this obligatory information is marked with an asterisk.
   
   
6. Once you have finished filling the information of the publication, press the ``submit'' button, if there are no errors that the system can detect, like empty spaces on an obligatory field, a year or a URL invalid, then another form will appear in where according to the type of publication that you have selected there will be requested additional data.
   
   
7. Answer the data in the same way and at the end press the ``submit'' button again.
   
   
8. If your browser does not have javascript support and the form he has been filled incorrectly, an error page, informing about the error, will be show.
   
   
9. Next it will appear a page that will show the new added publication by some seconds and after that a options menu will be displayed. If you does not want to wait until that, you can select the link called ``Continue''.
   
   
10. If a page with the text ``This Publication already exist in the database system'' appears, it means that the publication you wanted to add already existed in the database.
    
    
11. This finishes the adding publication process.
